Stucco & Stone to Hardie Board and Batten

Full House Flip: Soffit, Fascia, Gutters & Hardie Siding
This house flip included all new soffit, fascia, and gutters. On the front of the home, James Hardie board and batten siding replaced the old wood paneling and rock that badly dated the home. On the right side, we added stucco over the existing cinderblock and painted the wood shake siding in the gable.

Wind Damage Insurance Claim & Full Siding Replacement
High winds tore siding off the left side of this home, exposing the attic. We helped the homeowner file a claim with their homeowners insurance, and the insurance agreed to cover a full siding replacement minus their deductible. A neighbor passing by near the end of the project said the house went from the ugliest in the neighborhood to the best looking.

West Bountiful Split-Level Refresh
This split-level home in West Bountiful went from old ’70s wood paneling to James Hardie board and batten siding on the body, with wood-grain tile added in the entryway. We also painted the garage door and the other three sides of the home, all in preparation for selling.

Orem Rental: Ascend Siding Mix
Installed Ascend siding on this Orem rental – a fiberglass product with the look of James Hardie, but it doesn’t expand and contract like vinyl and has an insulated back that improves the home’s R-value. We used a mix of 7″ reveal lap siding, shake, and board and batten. This was the last of three rental homes we completed for a customer who owns three properties in Orem, and they were thrilled with the results on all three.
